Landscape Paintings

This portion of the Portfolio is dedicated to landscape paintings, usually done in oil paints. I usually paint from photos that I have taken throughout my travels. I deviate quite a bit from the photo at hand and take creative liberties with my application and exploration of color and texture. Light and atmosphere are also important aspects of what I focus on, paying attention to luminosity and brightness of the scene.
